Hi, I’m Zoë Amoroso — the founder, baker, and heart behind Amore Baking Co. My love for baking began in my own kitchen, where the simple joy of mixing, kneading, and creating something warm from scratch quickly became my favorite kind of therapy. What started as weekend experiments with bread and cookies turned into a passion for crafting food that connects people — the kind that fills a home with comfort and the air with sweetness.​ Every loaf I shape and every cookie I decorate carries that same homemade spirit.
